So far it is just a beta release. There is no definitive date but the assumption is the full part 4 will be done sometime next month. As far as public release? At least a few weeks after it goes live for subscribers? So could be sometime within the next month or two?

IF the part4 Full version is coming in Sept, depens which day lets say 14th of sept release for subs ~14days for the public release.. so end of sept-early oct.
