Prospect has had it for about a week
OBD said himself when it dropped to Prospect lvl it would be about two weeks
so in theory about a week but don't be too suprised if its not leeked and you wait the full week.

This is an update, the dev simple has some version number issues.

The content he want to put into v10 part 4 isn't there yet, thus the "unambiguously" nummering of those. Instead of having v11, v12, ... we are since long in v10 part 1, v10 part 2, v10 part 3 and since not so long in v10 part 4 subpart 1, v10 part 4 subpart 2, v10 part 4 subpart 3...
What can I say version numbers, if I would make a game, I most likely open my big dictonary on a random site and use the random word where my finger ends as "version" number. If I'm in a good mode, I would try to avoid having the same word twice as a "version" number...

Anyway, the development of LRH is neither in a remake limbo nor in any other kind of limbo, just some strange decision from the dev on how he name the newly released parts - also be happy that he didn't go through with "I release v10 when it is finished".
