For the restaurant scene, it is on both. I doubt that Ryker had hidden his weapon that much and also it is not a tiny little one, who you perhaps could store where captain Koons has stored the watch for Butch...

The most important thing to remember about Gunny Guerra is that Ryker vouched for him with Nora as part of his security analysis and Nora kept him on as a result. I have no doubt the Gunny will become a Rogue and, eventually, a leader along with Ryker.

FYI Dima:
If you would switch from JPG image format to web image format, you would save around 2.7 GB of space.
The image folder is currently 5.41 GB big having 12 044 images and 845 videos. Videos are WEBM and take up 1.73 GB space and images take up 3.68 GB. The 3.68 GB would go down to around 1.01 GB.
For music if you would switch from mp3 to AAC you could also save some space here. Going for around the same quality you could save around 20% of space, so for 717 MB music that means 143 MB. Even more, if you lower the quality for most of the music as they on the high end of the spectrum (320 kb/s).

Yet, we haven't seen what he is capably of. Currently Nora's security detail doesn't get good rating. Of course Marcus had (unintendedly) tied one hand up his back by Nora, but we didn't see (yet) what Marcus is able to do.
That means, first he needs to show them what he is able to do, then he want to become a Rogue, what means he need to donate one bike and also have a HD (and getting the votes from the Rogue to be fully patched at the end).
Marcus may be a step ahead in compare to Spike, but I doubt that one of them will become a (full) Rogue at the end of the first chapter (?) of LRH.

The Gunny says he was SOC Recon. That means he was part of USMC Force Recon with Special Operations Certification. Think of it as the poor man's Seal Team. Trust me, you don't get into Force Recon unless you kick ass, and you don't get specops certified unless you are bad ass. About a half dozen Minions vs Ryker and the Gunny would be an even match... for about 30 seconds.

Sure, it would be, but on the other hand, we don't know if her own security did the dinner or if she hired from outside. Marcus could also mainly be employed as the head of security for the property and has little to no input on the external stuff because Nora never asked him. He was at least not mentioned before the day they met.
