so i was just replaying before e16 and got curious about what would happen if u didnt date ashley meaning u would not meet angel and then a couple chapter later angel is just there, not complaining just thought it would be interesting to see, have not finished that playthrough but im guessing it would be the same with anya as u meet her while going to pick angel

Probably... I know there are some holes here and there from the beginning of the story until now. The issues are I can't correct all of them without trashing everyone's saves. I've chosen not to do that until I remaster the completed chapter. I'll clean up the coding at that point.

Yes and NO.
Yes you offer help why wouldn't we sinse it would be rude to be helping others but not her.
But NO she can choose where to work after no strings... hints but not strings.
But should she want it herself thats diffrent.

Well, I love this update. Well worth the wait, esp since I wasn't paying for it. Bring on the h-scenes and the hyper-masculinity. It works because it's so well written. Otherwise it really would just be a string of conquests.

No offense taken. It' a fair and oft made criticism. The reasons there are so many girls in the game are I'm a big perv and I don't have an editor standing over my shoulder saying, "Hey dumbass, we've got plenty of girls in the story already!".

I've all but quit looking at new characters when I check out Daz or the other the places I buy game assets. I was bad about seeing an asset and saying oh she's hot and write her into the story somewhere. I have well over a hundred girls that aren't in the game...

In my mind there's only a hand full of intended LI's with a lot of (too many for some folks) side pieces. Your point about having too many reduces the amount of screen time is valid. It's further exacerbated by playing a game as it's being developed. Once a game is completed, time is compressed so you don't feel the long gaps in time between seeing the girl you're interested in.

I used to poll my supporters as to who the most popular girls were and try to make time for them in the story, but it began to hinder my creativity and telling the story the way I wanted to. Because of that, I haven't run poll in years.

The bottom line is, I'm mindful of the issue, but I'm going to continue to tell the story the way I want to tell it. Case in point, MC gets shot and logically ends up in the hospital. Now should I had have said, I have too many girls in the game so the doctor and nurse will have to be males. Or just have him be a "Chad" and say fuck the hospital I'm just going to rub some dirt on it...

Totally get it and I wish more devs would just tell the story they want to tell rather than bend to the whims of the masses. I've tried developing a game and it's hard so respect for the amount of work and time you have put into the story. I, and I am sure others, really appreciate all the work you have done and all the content you have created.

Big Epic Battle ends (no pressure OBD) and Stan lays dieing after being blindsided by Barb.
Who stabs him just as he's finishing tearing Willie apart in a one on one showdown.
Della who against orders turns up deals with Barb and then cradels a dieing stan.
(cringe time) "I'm so sorry Dee I can nolonger take care of you the way you deserve".
And Della leans in and says.(even more cringe)
"But you have Stan you gave me Ryker" Scene fades to black the end of Book 1.
But seriously how ever it ends i'm sure it will be great (Again OBD no pressure).

Just finished the latest chapter it wasn't bad. But they really didn't talk much about a lot of the other girls one of my favorites is the Japanese girl the yokoza we're on the trail trying to regain their property in the chapter before this
And we got nothing letting us know how she is or what's going on

And why are they introducing new characters when they've already got a tone already
He's only one man

One was if you choose the "Caligula Path" and then choose to not have girl-girl scenes. You still saw the girl-girl scenes.
The other was with Charli using nicknames. If you choose to not let her, use a nickname, she still used them.
The Hotfix will also correct known typos and a couple of missing dialog labels.

For PC - Drop the update hotfix in the “game” folder into the LongRoadHome-Episode-16-pc folder wherever you have it installed on your PC. Let it override the files.

For MAC - Unzip the hotfix and drop file in the "game" folder into the autorun folder.

Path (LongRoadHome.app\Contents\Resources\autorun) wherever you have the LongRoadHome.app installed on your MAC. Let it override the files.

Try the attached ep16 script. The flag was there from the question, but I didn't use the variable consistently in the "if, else" statements in the dialog with Charli.

I noticed again the mention of too many girls in the game.
Not in a bad way but still mentioned.
And I have to say in some games yes this could be called too many girls.

But not this GAME unless Two Girls Tracy and Jessy are too many.
I mean in my mind its actually 5 must have Girls and they are two of them.
If you have too many girls in this game stop saying YES.
Granted your gonna miss a lot of content and game but it's better than too many girls right?.

And its not likely to change OBD himself says he's a big perv and likes lots of girls in a game.

Sadly on top of that there is US the fans of OBD and the game we're are no better'
Well when quite a few of us play games with the moto "Gotta Catch Them All" what would you expect.

I mean OBD showed us two girls "Showed US!" as possible DJ's he liked but couldn't decide.
So he asked us the fans and what did we do.
"I dunno OBD they are both different yet dam hot".(so with advice like that we now have)
One as the new DJ and the other as her Sister and Spikes missus.

So in fairness OBD can't take all the credit for just how too many girls there are in this game.

By the way, the Double Scoop Path has the opposite problem of the Caligula Path, saying either "yes" or "no" to girl-girl scenes leads to not getting girl-girl scenes.
