This is actually a very interesting question. I did a bit of reading to refresh my understanding of how genetics gets applied to genealogy. So,
The child of Kat and Ryker would be a cousin to Katy, and somewhere between 2/3 to 3/4 sibling to Katy's child.
The child of Katy and Ryker would be a great-niece to Kat, but still somewhere between 2/3 to 3/4 sibling to Kat's child.
The whole 2/3 to 3/4 thing evidently varies according to whether you're talking about the relationship between Kat and Katy being on the maternal or paternal side. It gets too involved to go into. For all practical purposes they are just siblings since they are more closely related than half-siblings (related through one parent only).

Whew! :p:ROFLMAO:
wouldn't the family relations be additive not partial?

so the kids will be half siblings (same dad) and first cousin once removed( on the mothers side, yes i googled that)

I'm not sure what you mean. What you said is correct for Ryker and Katy's child (cousin once removed). But Ryker and Kat's child isn't a cousin to Katy because Katy is Kat's niece. That makes him/her a great-niece or great-nephew to Kat.

They are more than half-siblings to each other because, like you said, there is an additive factor because Kat and Katy are blood related. That's what the 2/3 to 3/4 is for. They aren't half-siblings. They are more than that. But, there is no specific number you can apply without a DNA test and there is no special term for it. So, they are just siblings.

eh shit like this causes unnecessary headaches.

just call em half siblings and be done with it.
they're going to have so many, that they're going to primarily use first names anyway or always get asked "which one" after saying "my (half)brother/sister" after which they'd use the first names anyway. :sneaky:
pretty sure riker would want all the kids to treat each other like full siblings.

Agreed. Writing both those posts was whole lot like work, and I am looooooooong ago retired. Although, maybe they should all just be referred to as siblings. Then, when the newbies can't resist posting, "Shouldn't they be called half-siblings", we can copy/past our posts along with the comment. "Here! You figure it out, genius!" :ROFLMAO:

My school bud has like 17 sibs despite being an only child. He has brothers and sisters from both parents' other marriages. So like a half-brother of a half-sister with no actual relationship to him at all. Shit makes my head hurt. :)

True for any incest game or game with such complicated family trees - that does include tenants and landlady.

I doubt that only Ryker would want that.
the tenant & landlord/landlady is already a headache in off itself.
i do understand devs wanting to dodge getting demonetized so i'm actually ok with that one.

Until you get to those scene: "I do love her, but she's my landlady, I can't..."
I mean, why should I give a fuck about that? Ok sure, if the rent is super cheap and the flat is great that might become an issue, but in the rest of the case, as some famous Italian politician said: Bunga Bunga!

Kat being pregnant made me very happy (since my second favorite LI) and her face was priceless!

Too many people surprise I'm sure I'm ok with Della not getting pregnant, as long as she's mine and happy I'm good.
I'm so looking forward to that chat after breaking the news like that :ROFLMAO: Katy wasn't a surprise for anyone, but even I did a double take about Kat

So, now Kat and Katy being pregnant I know it is a choice, but who in all 7 hells name would do otherwise..., what makes that those kids?
Siblings or nephew/niece?
I do not want to see the Ryker Morris family tree after he's done with his treat.:sneaky::p

Reading the attentions list: Phil Morris, James Morris, Jane Morris, Hikari Morris, ...
So, we have 23 Morris. Is there any other in this class or is this a Morris only class?
School visit day may also be funny, seeing Ryker and maybe Sluggo visiting their children or grandchildren. As well if other Rogues paying them their respects.:)
Heh. Maybe odd according to the monogamous standards of modern developed societies, but nothing outlandish according to the historical precedents of certain royal families that practiced de jure or de facto polygamy (unless they also used fratricide to thin the pool of potential rivals).;)

Not to mention the existing religions and subcultures that allow de facto polygamy and circumvent anti-bigamy laws by only setting up one spouse as the official one and everyone else as partners. By no coincidence, it is also what Ryker and his harem plan to do. In this day and age, willingness in developed countries to criminalize or ostracize consensual sexual relationships between adults outside of wedlock is thankfully almost zero, at least outside the corporate subculture. Thankfully again, Nora and Rachel call the shots in their own company, so complications from the latter being in a polycule should be mostly minimized, although we can certainly expect enemies of the Rogues in the upper class to try and exploit this angle to cause them trouble at some point.
