Played this game again after a long time. Did the urination scenes get removed? I remember there were a few but now it only seems to fade to black.

Nothing has been removed. Are you playing from an old save? Back in Episode 9 there was a question if you wanted to see water sports (urination) or not. Folks that chose "No" will not see any pee scenes.
