This is precisely what Dimitri57 said, word for word. All it means is that:
We should quit overthinking stuff or making stuff up, because MC is only in charge of his own actions, that is it .. .MC is not deux ex makina or any deciding factor in the story.
She does precisely that - Tory starts easing his pain right then and there.

Personally I just assumed it was a given. But maybe you should be able to shoot her down right there for those that aren't into her, while still agreeing to ally with her.I guess I should have made it more clear?

This is how this game works .. MC has to accept the terms of the girls he would interact with for the duration of the story .. many choices do mean MC could many times over just shut down this or that girl during his entanglement in the story. This is to signify that MC has sexual relationships with the girls and that the girls are also having sexual relationships with MC - it is a bargain and MC has to accept them for who they are, if he wants to be in a relationship with them .. until MC decides to jump ship, whenever future decisive choices arise.
We are all here rationalising the fun of the game after a satisfying gaming session. Fans do often talk about the parts they liked during their rollercoaster rides, with their own words.

No. Tori states if they did anything together it would have to be kept discreet. Besides, a righteous Ol' lady is going to support whatever her Ol' man wants to do.

Something nit-picky, but figured I would bring it up since the game has a minor focus on the military.
At the beginning of the game, it's stated that the MC lost rank and is currently a Sergeant (I am assuming E5), but Kira calls him a Lieutenant when they meet in the hospital. You can't be busted from a Commissioned Officer to a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Army, or any military branch, as far as I am aware. They can be "demoted" while being discharged by a grade determination review board, but they can't be demoted while still in the service, and I am almost certain that they can't be demoted to NCO ever.

Yeah .. he seems pretty joined at the hip with Fin. They both know how ol”ladies work and it could be a tripple date where MC is treating his princess to the finer things in a worth while restaurant .. or they could go hiking, beach running, there are so many options right now ...
