My speculative hypothetical: In a perfect AVN world of course.. Bud, Sissy, soon to be Stan (or whats left of him) and Della will all be buried on the grounds there and I am assuming that Stan and Dee own a large chunk of acreage. It is not a stretch by any means that they both see something in (insert what you've named the MC here) that is something akin to family so it wouldn't be a surprise if we did end up with the deed at some point? Maybe there is more land available to purchase so we can continue to expand on the property and have a home away from home so the hotel can be the hotel. We don't know what is coming in chapter two but there is bound to be retaliation as well as new enemies possibly foreign and domestic so the more area's to lay low, regroup or plan the better.
