I think it all depends on what corner(s) of the internet you've been a part of. I've been a part of the warez / game piracy scene for about 20 years (and I'm only 34, lol) and having been around those parts, I definitely knew what he meant by "trainer" -- in fact, the term being used to train girls into being sluttier was a new term to me when I found F95/the adult gaming scene in general just in August of this year. Funny how different our realities are, huh?
