I would also think it would be a shame if TTrick left out the pregnancy risk option, as it is simply part of raw sex, especially since Ann has already had creampies. Anything else would be unrealistic. That would give the game a different kick. If TTrick doesn't want to show it in renderings, that's fine too, but there should at least be conversations between MC and Ann, how far that goes depends of course on the developer.
