It was the version from the Gofiles downloader, but I redownloaded from MEGA and it actualy worked!

Somehow but I started to like Vanessa. It seems like it's canon root. Mb it's cuz of the time we spend with her idk, but she's crazy af. At the beggining it feels bad to do staff with her cuz of joe, but later it feels little dif and you just accept that. Can't say that my playthrough is "good friend of joe" but fuck him. I'm sick of him. I didn't finish game yet, but changed my mind about it and now I think it's a good one. Must say that I don't like ntr at all but in some games (like this) I can turn it on so I did

Not that it's unusual for this dev (or any successful dev here for that matter) but this was 6 months between the last update and there's 3 scenes added? This isn't a long story short. It's a long story that take an even longer time to be told.

Does the Steam Version actually add anything beyond version 0.9a.37? Looking at the changelog inside these two versions of the game, they are identical.

the Steam release was the focus for this update, that being said, it's in the changelog in the OP:
v0.9 final Steam
Added missing animations from v0.9a
Added Jenny scenes
Added Joe rival and Ann hate paths that were paused at the beginning from v0.7
Minor bugfixes since first version that was posted on Steam

Honestly, let them make their game, I like the girls as they are. In some games they shave, in others they have a beard, everyone to himself, but don't change the girls!

I agree, I too wish at least Ann could keep her original pussy hair and that there could be more of it (Not just for Ann but for other girls too. And not just in this game, I confess I would like hairy beavers in all of the games I like). But we can't always get what we want and I prefer getting regular updates and new content. Especially if the hair options lead to multiple new/extra renders.
However, I heard TTrick has a trick up his sleeve
and that he (due to great programming skills) can position things on bodies as a choosable extra flavor to a render (this came up in a discussion about adding tattoos to Ann or others. I am opposed to tattoos, I really dislike em). If so it might not be that hard to allow for player choices (keeping fingers crossed). But story progression first, all of that should be flavor content at the end (if it is possible and not to taxing for our beloved developer).
