You have to be on Joe Rival route which you get by going to the bar with Vanessa instead of Ann in the beginning, blackmailing Vanessa for the blowjob, and then telling Joe you blackmailed her.

Typing with one hand is on Ann corruption route (NTR on) where you allow her to keep talking to Chris. When she invites you over to Chris' place, you have to choose to not go. The two after that, is same setup, but you choose to go with her to Chris' house. The final one can only be seen if you are on Vanessa's path. You have to go to the bar with her instead of Ann in the beginning of the game.
