It sounds like you're playing a route that doesn't go to the end of the version because it's incomplete (Ann Hate or Joe Rival). More content is available on Ann Love, Ann Corruption, and Vanessa routes. 0.8b is the latest version, which has already been pointed out, is available in the first post in this thread.

Have you checked the scene replay and gallery in the main menu? Anything still locked there towards the bottom is what you're missing.
