If the develoepr is doing this full-time (kind of seems likely) this income might be supplementing rent, living expenses, etc and might not have any left over. So, like us normal folks upgrading to $1000 GPU (which he probably needs the 5090) just isn't feasible, and he might have to upgrade more than just that, maybe mobo and cpu, and maybe add more memory (memory is so god damn expensive now). I've also heard on the newer gpu's some of the programs aren't compatible with models they use in game or causing errors and work right and some developers had to rollback to old versions thus not saving them anymore time with their vastly upgraded rig.

I guess he could get a "used one" of his same model, but those have skyrocketed to, and could you even trust the seller nowadays

I'm sure if it comes down to it and it is unrepairable he probably will just get a new one.

According to Patreon they have over 850 paid supporters. The minimum support is $1 per month. So... it's hard to determine the actual income.

Hey guys!

Let me start with the technical stuff, which unfortunately is also the bad news...

I thought I had solved my crashing issues, but the GPU is still acting up. At this point, it's basically a coin flip whether it crashes or not.

I can still create scenes and pose characters, but once I switch to Iray (for those who don’t know, that’s the preview mode to see how the final render will look), there’s about a 50% chance the whole thing will crash.

And don’t even get me started on overnight renders...
I can’t count how many times I woke up just to find out it crashed halfway through.

Needless to say, this is making things extremely difficult.

I’ve ordered some new pads and thermal paste, and I’ll try replacing them when they get here, hoping it will fix the issue. If not, I’ll probably have to bite the bullet and get a new GPU just to be able to keep working.


Game Progress

Putting the technical issues aside, this update is going to be packed.

I already mentioned in a previous post that there’s going to be a night at the bar with all the characters, and because of that, there are a bunch of scenes that need to happen before that night to set things up.

As much as I want to share more details, I know some of you prefer going in blind, so I’ll hold off on spoilers for now.


On a personal note

As a dev, the more time that passes between updates, the more pressure you start to feel.

In the past, I’ve cut planned content just to push something out because that pressure got to me.
I don’t want to do that here, but at the same time, I also want to show you something.

As much as I think it's a bit lame, I might release an alpha version at some point with some missing scenes, just to share part of the progress and give you something to play while I keep working.

I’m really sorry this is taking longer than I wanted, and I totally understand if you choose to leave and come back once the full update is ready.

Don't know how often i've played this game, trying to get all routes and i love it. But after v.0.10b i'm a little confused, on Ann's Love path it make sense when the MC sleep with Ann while we visit Alex, ok, but when i'm after Alex or Vanessa or who ever i'm not really into Ann (Ann hate path), why should i sleep with her when we are into Alex (or who ever).....
(Yea i know i can decline Ann but i like to see all possibilities when it make sense)

And when we are on Ann hate path there is something important missing: we get never know or see how or when it went with Chris at the beginning (loseing her V card). We did see her first BJ in Chris Car, we hear a little when Ann talk to Alex but thats it. It would be nice and hot when we get to know and see it (in my opinion)

Yes and the average dude here will have a nervous breakdown if he was a true rival. He's not so we have some peace and quiet in this thread.

I think Chris is considered a rival to me.

He typically has a smug look during anything with Ann (threesome, his solo movie night route, the coffee situation), and also the cuck scene with Vanessa. He looks disappointed and almost annoyed when you don't let him do things with Ann and instead do them only yourself (at the theater and during the threesome if you keep Ann to yourself). Once you fall asleep he's already trying to stick it in her ass if you've told him about it. The inner monologue of "I wonder if she does this with Chris" when Ann wants you to choke her is a potential feeling of competition. And he's truly a rival when you ask Ann to break up with him and he goes to see her at the dorm.
I'm sure all of those could be taken another way considering Chris is also a dude that just wants some too, but I've always considered it rival behavior, whether or not it's a friendly rivalry or a competitive one.

Take the alternative with Joe. Joe is more friendly and up to sharing Vanessa whenever. His threesome, his sex tape, truth or dare. He could probably consider you a rival during the blackmail route, and also if you're actively trying to steal vanessa from him, but thats only when YOU are taking advantage of those situations.

All in all my consideration is that Chris is a rival and Joe is a friend.
