Is there an issue with Emily's route? When they're talking she's asking if it's weird because they grew up together but nothing about being siblings. Normally that would be the non-patched dialogue. "I know there's no patch". Also been waiting for her since jump street but I hope he doesn't rush that content too much, already seemed like a lot out of nowhere.

I downloaded and installed the patch, but when I run the exe file, it says that there is a danger. I checked for a total virus and one antivirus says that it is a Trojan. Gridinsoft (no cloud)

As far as I'm aware, Ann is the only one with an actual corruption route. But, that doesn't mean the other girls won't have some fun, either. It's more like they are advanced beyond what Ann was for two minutes in the beginning of the game.
Also, if you do Joe rival route, there is a setup for him and Emily already.
