One of the main female characters in the game is currently you friend's girlfriend and is a bit of a slut. (She also does with her BF what couples do) She is a main part of the game, so you cannot dodge or escape her in anyway. For me she is an awesome character, but I know she is not everyone's cup of tea.
You should read into this, as to what type of game this is. Having said all that, there is a lot of hot content for the MC, and she is definitely an instigator and more for most of the hot content in the game (She is awesome!)
Take this little bit of information and do with it what you want.

I would say so, but there is definitely a little bit on netorare as well, even in with her, but the game has a LOT of options and playable branches, so a lot of those are up to choices you make, there is a bit of NTR, cheating, sharing, cucking, incest and even vanilla love, by and to the MC in the game. But it does not overpower the game and a lot of it is down to choices made in game.

Im confused, is the author cucking us like he cucks the games MC all the time by having Alex as the main girl on the poster (I've followed this crap since probably 0.2v in hopes to fuck Alex. But he just keeps fucking cucking players by not even having it be an option) At this point I truly believe he will never include it. To firmly cement the fact he cucked his users. But it doesn't make him a good author or anything except an asshole. Which I truly think thats what hes going for at this point. Because I have officially lost interest. Because it's bullshit.

Anyway, you get a date with Alex, make out with her and if you play your cards right she only stops from fucking MC out of concern for Ann. Something that's likely to get addressed soon enough.

You should be happy because he used Alex to promote the game on your favorite platform. On mine, which is Steam, he used Ann.
