That's incorrect. Ann will fuck the strangers either if she's on the "hate" path, or if you invite them to your motel room and either made her show off or otherwise sexually engage previously with strangers, or make her sleep on the bed with both of them while MC takes the couch. The game takes all of those cases at hints that the player wants to see NTR/sharing scene.

If MC and Ann are in monogamous relationship, then even if you invite the strangers to your room, as long as you share the bed with Ann she'll refrain from doing sexual stuff with them and MC can (optionally) have sex with her instead.

Unless a lot of 15-16 year olds you have met are literally walking ideals this is not really a matter of belief. In fact, it is even less likely for young teenagers to get that sort of proportions, given their pelvis is still going to grow until ~20-25 year old, sometimes later.
