I never played the hate Ann path so not sure what that is like but I didn't like having to "romance" Ann when I wanted to go for someone better on that save . You seem to be confusing the official game 0.9a (this is an alpha version) with my unofficial Ren'Py port 0.9a build 38 (this is also an alpha version).
They both have the same content. The Ren'Py port has some extra features and is available on Android.
