I guess whoever did it (because I reported the update when I posted my compressed version of it) one didn't think it was worthy of being promoted, (I said why it's not "a" and also said what was new in the report) or it was a JR Uploader and didn't do all of the post correctly, or an uploader just updated the links and that was it.

I also do not know if that one posted is the "bug fixed" version, as I'm pretty sure a couple update (at least one I see in the update notes) came out on Steam after that initial release.
