They play the same, and this one had a major overhaul. You already played it whenever back then; it only adds Jenny scene and some missing animations, along with rival path but not much there.

It used to be 0.9 Beta, now it's the Final 0.9 version.
It means it's the completed and tested 0.9 version.

If you haven't figured it out yet, use the tip from Rozhok - or if you're lazy like me just use the scene gallery, which can be unlocked if you use the "gallery unlock" posted on the OP.

Yeah, ideally DEVs should start with 0.0x (or even 0.0x.xx for patches, path, etc) which would also make sorting of multiple version easier, but I don't think many DEVs start out with long term plans!
