Nope, it works fine here and tested on 2 different machines, on 2 different OS's. Maybe run under different OS compatibility?
The game is not broken, it works for me on Windows 11 and Windows 10 server.

Man, like, seriously though, I became a stalker, simping for a single girl at a time , but I can't seem to unlock some scenes. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.The only way to miss their content is by not pursuing them.

Are you on Ann Hate or Joe Rival paths? That's the only thing I can think of where you wouldn't see new content.Man, like, seriously though, I became a stalker, simping for a single girl at a time , but I can't seem to unlock some scenes. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Can't really replicate it and ran it through virus total which shows as clean. You can diff it with original file and see it's literally just changing 2 false values to true. So if there's actually a virus it's in the original game files as well.

Great update, my favorite scene:
Why? Because clearly this shows ttrick's brain is exactly where mine is at, and no girl will be completely off limits to group stuff. As for what actually gets implemented in future, time will tell, but it certainly bodes well. Good lord I'll need an industrial-strength steamvac to clean my ceiling if an MC-Alex-Chris threesome ever happens (or emily for that matter!)
