Seeking Looking for a very specific type of female protagonist game

This is kind of hard to explain, but, what I'm looking for is a corruption of the main character BUT, the things I want the games to have are at least some of these:
  • Corruption (Mainly of the mc)
  • Hypnosis/Mind control
  • Sluttification
  • Bimbofication
  • Sissyfication (optional)
  • Impregnation (optional)
  • Horror (optional)
Might have anything (except foot fetish, I find it disgusting, one scene or two might not be a deal breaker, if I can just skip it or go really fast throught it. Also no scat kind of stuff).

And here's the actual problem: I don't really enjoy animations or drawings, I need real people.
Games like this that I actually enjoyed with stuff like this are:
Secret Taboo
A Spell For All
Enchanted
Deep Hollywood Inc (still in early versions)
The Company (meh, kinda good)
Fucksome Road (also still in early versions)
Superhuman (I know it's animated but DAMN it's a fucking good game)

So, that's kind of the list, but I need something new. If anyone can recommend me any game with at least 2 or 3 of the items I'll be super mega happy and grateful (I'll update you on if I enjoyed them or not)
I prefer HTML, but I can work with other engines because I know it's a lot to ask lol (Bonus points if it's a real people with horror, idk why but I find it so hot when female character have like demonic eyes or shit like that)

These are all great recommendations, but I have played all of them except Lost in Laminate, but I read (as you said) that there aren't many images, so I don't know, might try it later.
If you have any other recommendations having at least 2 of the items, please share them, even if they're animated (sometimes the game might be good enough to be enjoyable, like Superhuman which I SUPER recommend)

There are a few more open-world real-porn HTML games here (like Secret Taboo and The Company) but none of them have even close to the same amount of mind-control. I would recommend AB as it has everything except preg and sissy, but it's not real-porn. It's also kinda janky, but the scenes are on-point.
