Seeking Looking for English original story driven 18+ games preferably in a fantasy setting

With Japanese RPG Maker games being ruined with mtl Im looking at western made games to fill the void, got any good recommendation?
The kind of game I like is usually more story driven while having adult content, and I prefer fantasy or sci-fi setting. I also prefer female protagonist but, if the story/world is interesting enough, I dont mind a male protagonist.
Some games I liked: Kingdom of Deception, The Sixth Realm, Desert Stalker, Revamped Bloodline, Lust Doll, Lilith's throne, Tales from the Unending Void, Seeds of Chaos and The Coceter Chronicles.
Another big + is if the protagonist is a demon girl, vampire, or monster girl (not full furry).

For female protagonist in fantasy setting, my favourite would be Tales of Terraria. It has a balanced mix of plot, fighting/exploring and adult scenes.

With a male protagonist, but amazing overarching story, we have Long Live the Princess (also fantasy setting).

+1 for Long Live the Princess. Might have been the first game I ever felt compelled to support. It's too bad the name really doesn't encapsulate the games theme at all, and I think honestly led to fewer people playing.

If you want western-made RPGM with female MC, I have these.

Star Knightess Aura: Corruption-focused
Alansya Chronicles: Cheating-focused, modern setting
Crimson Veil: Corruption/transformation focus, can become a vampire
Karryn's Prison: Corruption/gangbang focus, modern-ish setting, gameplay-heavy and all the sex is done through the combat system
Claire's Quest: Non-con/dubcon corruption fous

If you want to find more, I recommend using Latest Updates to filter for RPGM and female protagonist tag, and exclude completed games to filter out the vast majority of Japanese games, like so.

Oh, and a couple actually well-translated Japanese RPGM games.
