Seeking Looking for gameplay games

I am trying to find some games that are genuinely fun to play, gameplay wise. The lewd stuff is just a theme really.

Example: Linear VN. This is not fun gameplay wise, even if the story is great and images are great.

Some VNs with multiple paths or changing things based on decisions have been fun in the past.

I find most if not all RPGM games boring, as they are mostly walking around simulator.

Any recommendations? My only request outright is no guy/guy.

I typically like games that are just fun mechanically but also good otherwise.

A few examples:

Casting Director is mildly entertaining. Gets dull after a bit but I like the way things change from user activity.

Apotheosis may be my favorite "game" ever from the sheer amount of story differences via choice. Although it ended early =/

Incubus City is really fun the first playthrough or two. The consequences from actions is so good.

Corruption of Champions for the amazing amount of varying results from actions. Although a bit heavy on reading.

We Are Beach Girls was surprisingly fun for such a basic gameplay. I wanted more when I was done.

Last Hope was decent but the lack of content made it a short experience.

The Headmaster was a decent one. The gameplay was just good enough to be good. I think it was more carried by the whole of it together than any singular aspect.


Ravager, the first half anyway where things had immediate route changes was good.


I can't think of more off the top of my head. But that is the issue. I enjoy adult games but very few are fun just gameplay wise.
And without fun gameplay, it rides on the story, visuals, and kink used to work.
Like Eternum recently. 10/10 want more of that. But gameplay isn't really there, but also isn't needed.

Idk. Any recommendations are welcome.

I have a hard time enjoying games that don't provide meaningful gameplay, so I have plenty of suggestions. They're not necessarily on par with the average non-ero game, but I found these at least somewhat engaging. I'll flesh the list out more when I get the chance.

That is a useful list. The action survival genre looks interesting.

JRPG I typically find boring (especially relying on rpgm, which feels like walking simulator most times). The exception to thisis The Last Sovereign just because the story is so good.

Sidescrollers I rarely enjoy much. I have played Ghost Hunter Vena though, which was decent.

The Imperial Gatekeeper is amazing. I have played it and I loved it so much. If I hadn't 100%'d it I would be playing it lol.
I suppose the whole idea of having a ton of options of actions is pretty fun, especially if it has purpose and isn't just a simulator for the sake of it.

Definitely going to look at this list though.

Gonna add on some of my own favorites that havent been mentioned yet

Seleka Exposes Herself in a Naked Coat and Hopefully Doesn't Get Caught [Final] [SheableSoft] 3D Streaking \ exposure game
Ero Dungeons Darkest Dungeons but designed from the ground up for porn (Dev's other game is also good)
Delta Zone Escape From Tarkov single player but also sex and pregnancy \ inflation. Latest version has gone full antipiracy but v16 is still good (i'd pay for it if it wasn't monthly subscription and discord profile and internet required)
Cost of Survival slave training game but realtime rather than all the "morning afternoon evening night" time management games that there are hundreds of already
TF Card Battle Deck building game that works even without the porn (dev has sfw version on steam) but porn version has porn in it so... Also At The Mountains of Friendship
Shinos Wax Play Night management game where you save your candle business by putting your wife on display. balance between earning money and keeping your wife sane and happy. or dont...
Flying Princess Inter Breed Angry birds but you get more powerful characters by breeding them with enemies mid level. don't forget to click once theyre in the air
Ero Trap Sweeper it's minesweeper but mines are monsters and getting caught isn't a game over...

In the more meh but still ok catagory:
Edgelords card battling is ok, but super polished
Exhibitionist Rookie Office Lady Kanon-chan’s Masturbation It's good, but Seleka is better
Painre (ryona) decent combat but hard and gets repetitive
Roshutsu rip
Rabbit Burn idk whats going on but its definitely going on

Gonna recommend some side-scroller cause I've been searching for some but couldn't find much but hoping it could help someone else scratch that itch

Night of Revenge (Quite popular Souls-like game)
Alien Quest: Eve
ThornSin (Rogue-like but still in development)
Holy Knight Ricca (3D side-scroller and animation are great but so many goblin that you wish Goblin Slayer should be there instead)

succubus duel: apparently played like yu-gi-oh, but lewd(highly breast focus since that circle is know for that fetish).

My mystery rule: it apparently a better pokemon. Similar mechanic, but better QOL. More flesh out story line. + lewd.

For side-scroller, I got:
Revenge of yagiri: aight, but very early in development. playable, but you got to download stage by stage. it's not a full built.
Parasitic evil: 2-d shooter sidescroller. Excape from zombie infested building with horny timebomb. Complete, dev just drop a QOL update recently that is not upload to F95 yet though.
Decoy:Witch of Blue: good, but trash MTL.
Flipwitch:Forbidden sex hex: good metroidvania .
