Kamidori Alchemy Meister
A very solid rpg and dungeon crawler, has a pretty cool combat system.
Rance Series
The flagship franchise of AliceSoft. Same company who made Evencile
Kami No Rhapsody
Same company who made Kamidori. Not as good as Kamidori, and more strategy focused, but still good.
Honorable mentions:
Eiyuu Senki
More of a turn based strategy game than your typical JRPG. It still contains rpg elements and is one of the better titles on this list.
Venus Blood
I haven't played this one myself, but seen its name thrown around here or there. May be worth checking out.
On another note, Evencile has a spin-off version with the protagonist from the Rance series found here. Secondly there is a sequel in the works and you can find the trial here.
Bunny Black also has a sequel here, but I must admit it isn't as good.
