Seeking Looking for games similar to Sims

As the title says, I'm looking for anything sims-like, but more on the lewd side. Downloading the original Sims and modding til it crashes is fine, but it can only get me so far.
The ideal game would be something like Honey Select, but with an actual gameplay. Running out of ideas where to look, so maybe some of you know of any good ones?

There are none, really. The Sims is in a league of its own. Keep an eye on Paralives though. It isn't an adult game but it's the closest game to a non-EA tainted sims game that we'll probably ever see. Maybe if it does well (and has models people would actually want to see naked) we'll see some adult mods made for it.

I'm more like looking for a version of Honey Select with a gameplay, rather than sluttified Sims, but thank you all the same.
What I'm after isn't perhaps a thing, bc I like HS for its sex content, the Sims for life simulation (duh), and both for their customization opportunities.

Maybe "Total Seduction" by Mike velesk. It's on this site.
Graphics might suck, but the content and story is golden - IMO.

As the threads bumped the new Illusion game being made Room Girl, sounds like it will literally be Honey Select (2 as that came out since) Sims. There's also maybe AI Shoujo, it has some very basic island survival sim gameplay.

Again Room Girl is being made, so not out yet. There's only the character creator demo right now.
