I'm not a fan of RPGM in general (still, some allegedly good ones I yet have to try), but I had some fun with RPGM - Completed - Lust Epidemic [NLT Media] in the past. Personally I like the taller, more human/person-like in-game characters (and the world they move in + how (it feels) they move).
Otherwise perhaps something like RPGM - Abandoned - Alvein [Yni] (more your style?)

I don't really have a recommendation but you can simply go on "latest updates", set the engine to RPGM and sort by weighted rating (the star)

From what I have seen the 2nd game is way more of my personal style with the 2d aspect of it. I still might check out the 1st one if I can't find any other games to playm

Okay after looking at it I might try some of the stuff out. I might rely on this if I do not find anything. This is a huge help!

Dandy Boy Adventures offers a real modern world simulation experience very well with its big map and various places. Even just walking around its map feels great.
Town of Passion There are a lot of dungeons and events. It had a +200 page guide.
Bones Tales: The Manor is a nice long game that usually takes place at home with its interesting atmosphere.
The games I enjoy the most while playing. They have really full content. Also from the above recommendations, Alvein and Zombies Retreat (dev of ToP) are definitely worth playing.
