I am guessing my game is bugged then, i did get the text top right for taken virginity but that was on anal. I also didn't get time to make her orgasm a 3rd time after that. Now whatever i do, i can't get this to happen

so just got the game on DLsite, since it was on sale, but I've run into the problem where the escape scene doesn't trigger for me...I know people keep saying that it is the 3 orgasms while the girl is facing back in the morning scene, but it doesn't seem to work. Honest question, how do I get ending 4? At this point I'm lost. I've made her orgasm every way so that's out.
