Hey Franticdispo, great job with the game.

Not here to nitpick, I just wanna understand:

What do 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 mean?

1 Window Opacity
2 Message Speed
3 Voiced dialogue
4 Voice volume
5 Is probably defaults.. for some things, but not others.

trying to do it by ocr -.- not having much luck.. only got "ウインドウ" of (1) so far
Drawing with a mouse sucks.. Especially when you don't know the language, but I think this turned out ok.

You ever just watch as some guy realizes his wife is fucking some other guy for literal weeks and then realize that he not only does nothing about it, but ends up getting turned on from it and then scream at said 2d character without a face that he's an idiot for not confronting it earlier? The boyfriend casually walking into the bedroom with your old lady in a house that looks to be approximately 700sqft and there being no resistance whatsoever and being completely oblivious to whats going on in the next room lol.
I like the CG's in the game, but i like a little more realism in my games. When they go from happily married to cock starved in a matter of days it just kinda becomes more of a joke than a "turn on" to me.

Ah, I should mention: For some reason, the scene where Elio is terrible in bed is only shown either in Loretta's route, or specifically in the NTR ending for Elio (Choose "Is something wrong?" and let them do at least one sexual activity). Judging by what you said, you're on the hypnosis end, where Loretta asks for a divorce and Elio leaves the city. It is never shown in the hypnosis end where Loretta is mind broken into loving Fablo, I'm assuming they showed it in Elio's NTR ending because it hits harder for him to be reminiscing about the sex, only for Loretta to be into the sex with Fablo of her own volition. Maybe.

Ah, my apologies! I'll check over the kanji and see what's up!

Also yeah, drawing with a mouse is NOT the way to go. That ero-status screen took forever because the website I use for detecting kanji can't recognize the shitty strokes I make with my mouse, lol

So for 3: DeepL roughly translates it to "Conversational voice,", with some other options being "speech sound" and "conversation audio." I haven't checked it out yet, but this could be referring to turning on/off voices. I'll check after translating 4 and 5.

4: DeepL roughly translates this to "volume of sound," with some other options being "sound volume," and "quantity of sound." I assume this is basically the master volume based on that.

5. I haven't translated all of it, but just from the first few parts (全て初), which translates to "All firsts," I can almost guarantee this basically means "Default settings."

I use this for checking kanji btw, it's actually quite accurate if you can draw it right!

That way I only had black symbols. Can't figure out number 4 though. Only have the last kanji, apologies if it's called katakana, but I seem to remember those are simpler in design.

You are correct in calling it kanji! Kanji is usually more complex-looking, you can usually tell because most kanji is split into different parts.

The kanji for forest is 森, but the kanji for tree is 木. You literally write forest by putting three trees within the same space, and woods is written like 林 , which is just two trees.

初, for example, has two parts to it, the left and right figures on it. And while I'm tired enough to search it up, I can 90% guarantee that each part of that kanji means something different individually.

Katakana usually only has a single figure, and like you remember, they have simpler designs.

Edit: Came to confirm that 3 is indeed the button to turn on/off voices. Also came to confirm that 5 either doesn't work, or isn't the button for defaults, though I'm going to assume the former is more likely.

In order to translate those options I needed to do very specific things to reach it.

If I remember correctly, if you have RPG MV Maker, you'll be able to access the game through the RPGMV project file called "Game." However, you'll have to go into the "www" folder and take out the first 6 files, which are "audio," "data," "fonts," "icon," "img," and "js." (I don't think you actually need icon, but you do need js, so it's just easier to bring it out too.) When you access the game, there should be an icon with two gears, which is the settings. In it, there should be a tab that says "Common Events." When you access it, nearly everything should be in Japanese. But, there are numbers on the sidebar, and the places that update most recent experience/first experience range from 0070 to 00126; 0070 - 0119 are all CG's that happen on Loretta's route. 0121-0126 are all on Elio's route. The variables should all be at the bottom of most of them in red text. They will be common variables #0036 and #0037 (First experience and most recent experience respectively) Now, these are where I was able to access those variables, but I'm not sure how to change Elio's beyond what is presented, unless you want to add in the events that change the menu manually, but in which case you'll have to figure that out on your own, because that's coding territory that I don't want to step in.

If you do manage to find what you're looking for, you'll need to save the project, and then put the 6 files from the start back into the "www" folder to get the game starting.

If you manage to find what you're looking for in the Translator++ file, do be aware that if you export a new version of that, it will reset the RPGMV project back to its default settings. As in, all the translated parts will go back into Japanese, and you'll need to manually translate it again. I learned that the hard way.

That's all the information I can currently offer at the moment, but if you plan to dive into any part of the game, I hope you find what you're looking for!

I just checked the game and realized they put more than one spot for the active message window to pop up. If you head toward the left part of the upper part, it's translated. The right part isn't.

The game denies you from going north in the beginning of the game as both Elio and Loretta because there's no need for you to access it that early in the game, as church events will start during the 2nd batch of events. (Refer to the walkthrough on Page 1 of this thread for what batch means)

I didn't realise a walkthrough was out. I kinda assumed it wouldn't be yet. I much prefer using them to exploring. It is a hentai game after all, not skyrim.

With me, I always go through the entire game I translate to look for errors, grammatical mistakes, etc. Some slip by, but I've saved myself some headache finding voice lines I've translated and stuff. I ended up running through this entire game twice to find errors in translation for all routes, so during my last runthroughs, I always jot down the steps I took to get there, as well as any bugs I myself stumble upon. I know some people will want one, after all.

I also try to give little goodies like save files with all the CG's and translator notes for those interested, like I did with Masquerade Hypnosis, but this time I stupidly deleted all of them since I wanted everyone to have a fresh start, only to realize the CG's were tied to having the save files in the first place and losing all of that, and I was too busy trying to translate all of the game to actually give notes on the game. This game was hella long to translate, much more than I anticipated.
