Not sure if it has been addressed, but there is still a bug with the party. I have Becky at Impressionable sister and the party literally won't end. Sometimes the clock simply won't advance, but on one of the attempts, I burned through a full stamina bar talking with Jay, danced with Morgan, rested (sometimes i got stamina back, sometimes not), gave Becky enough drugs and booze to drop a rhino, and the party still won't end even as the clock ticked over into 6am. Something in the coding isn't activating the trigger. I had saved prior to the party, realized I had the wrong conversation topics loaded for Jay, and loaded the save. There may be something in the save process, or the party process that's skipping the end-trigger.

Okay, for those having an issue with converting Diane to Boozer Mother:
Get her assertion to 30+% (submission topics are +1 each, giving her a massage is +1 assert if youdon't have 2+ sub topics)
The hardest part is making sure she is at the 40% intoxication because her intox drops by 10% each hour. Here's how to do it: First you prep: don't visit her in the kitchen in the kitchen (14:00) at all from Tues through Thurs (it needs to be dirty). On Friday - Visit her in the living room at 12:00 and 13:00 pm. Visit her in the kitchen at 14:00 and after she gripes at you, choose the clean kitchen action icon in the bottom right. At this point her intox should end up at 50%. At 15:00 visit her in the living room and give her a massage (need massage topic in hot bar), this will bump her intox to 70%. At Dinner, give her another drink (need alcohol topic or vodka in wardrobe bar) and this will bump her to a whopping 90%. fuck off until 22:00 (ii tend to use gaming and naps to keep my focus and stam up) and visit her in the living room. She should be sloshed (different graphic) and you then immediately go to bed (i have heard you need to have an assertiveness topic in hotbar). You will get the conversion button at that time.
I *think* you can do it on either Monday or Friday when Richard is out of town. I did it on Friday because her assertion was only 29 on Monday.

Do you use the pills as a conversation item? Because there's not a place to spike her drink like Becky at the party.
How do you progress it if you still remember? Did the exact same 3 fancy drinks and smoke nothing happen.
how do you get the resigned mother 5 star? I get the cut scene but the archetype wont change from cosmopolitan mother ---> resigned mother. is there away to just frce the change?

They change when you go to sleep and the game updates everything for the next game day.
Yes, but I cannot get it to stick. After sleeping nothing changes. The MC took a pic of richard cheating, are we supposed to show that to the mother? if when and how?
The daughter needs to be transitioned to Alterna-Goth (last stage in 0.12). After that, Charlie can be transitioned to Dateable Widow.
The "evidence/photo" is a topic, and needs to be equipped in the hotbar.

Like someone mentioned above, if you read the requirements it says Jesse (the daughter needs to be 4 stars) not Charlie. Took me awhile to figure out as well.

If she doesn't show up at 10 PM, she should show up at 11 PM!
I went through this, I don't remember the time very well!
But I had to wait a week to change the transition
Both on Monday and Friday!
Then, as soon as I went to bed on Friday, the change appeared for me!
What I did was, whenever I could, I gave her a drink at dinner with the drink tag, and when she showed up watching TV, I went over there, just to increase her toxicity!
Then in the end, I went to sleep!
I did this and everything went as planned!
