At that point you should be able to go jogging with her in the morning. Nathan will take a few photos. Then go to your computer and hit the "Edit and publish photos" button and post them to her Immediagram profile.
That should give a few more followers. Can be repeated from Monday to Friday. I prefer to publish a week's worth on Friday afternoon. It doesn't actually matter when you publish, so long as you do.
Even this is not at the same level of frustration as trying to raise a 0 Lust Diane (Restrained Mother) to 70.

Boosting Becky's following is simple: buy a cell phone from the store using your computer!
Put this cell phone in your inventory.
Every time she's in the yoga room, invite her to work out or run outside!
During the run, you should take pictures of her. As soon as you have free time, go to your computer and post them!
And you'll get more followers for her at the Friday party!
Just use charisma as a tag; use it at the party with people, and she'll gain followers!

Side Note: You'll need seduction to be 100% to transform the AT to jilted mother. The previous scenes for massage and bathroom are present at same time and have the same requirements, but with new images. Slutty dress obtained from downtown.
Transform Scene (Nightclub) (23:00) :
Requirements: Interest 10, lust 60. Topic with tag - deceptive. (As well the required interests scene on her page)
Visit the nightclub immediately after dinner (18:00), you'll find Richard and take a photo of him. Visit Diane in living room at 23:00 and choose transform. Enjoy.
If your game is bugged, like I am, I recommend trying to find a previous version to get past this step!
That way, you'll return to the current version with the save from the previous version!

Am I doing something wrong? I'm using It Takes Two, which has dancing and romance on the health nut mother. I end the conversation with a positive value, but she isn't gaining dance xp. Is there some other way I should be doing this?

There are at least 3 game-breaking bugs in the 12.1 release
1 = Becky - Transition to not so bitchy sister, the sequence does not work, and there is no button to transition ( which worked in the 12.0 )
2 = Diane - Jilted Mother - there is no button when she is working out, and yoga does not work.
3 = the jilted mother to scorned mother bug
And according to the Discord channel looks like there is no rush to fix these bugs, and we will have to wait until the next update, which will be a very long time
