I find it weird that sometimes it's scXX and sometimes sXX...
still i did s and sc and didn't help in any way.

Edit Lost_at_Birth-0.9-pc\game/scripts/ch06/ch06_sc05.rpy and find at line 89 normally:
$ mc_caring += 4
and add after
$ mc_caring += 4
$ ch06_sc05_caring = 1
Don't put tab before $, it's only space

Originally it was stated that later you could stick with just the wife. But maybe the dev changed his mind. You're right, as it stands, it's not for me.

Complete edition of Chapter 9 released today. (part 2). Author's note:

NOTE: This is not a regular update but the part missing from Chapter 9.
There's not much content in this, if you want something substantial please wait for chapter 10.
That's also the reason why I made it available for gold members right away.

NOTE: To compensate for this, the next update will be releasing next month.

I presume like most of us you put your Steam library on the same Disk as your VNs. If your Steam doesn't load from the same disk it shouldn't ''find'' your saves.

Nah, my Steam and other games (XBOX, EPIC, etc) are on my secondary SSD, while my saves on my main SSD and all load fine, same with mods.
