Of course that was just one scene and we don't know the full extent of their relationship, but given that was the one the dev chose to show and start the game with pretty much sets the tone for that relationship.

Edit. I'm not hating on the game or criticising it. I've really enjoyed it so far, but I do hate the MC/Justine dynamic and hope it changes but of course I don't expect the dev to change it to please me or anyone else. Like a tv show or movie, it is what it is, but we can say what we'd like to see happen.

I had to go back to see what you meant by "dildo operator". Fucking someone who is passed out drunk does not appeal to me so i just left her alone.

For me, Justine is a good character. She's a bit of a bitch towards the daughter but she has her reasons for being like that. First, she refers to the daughter as "con artist" so she doesn't seem to believe her story (why nobody has suggested a DNA test yet, i have no idea). Second, if Kailey really is the MC's daughter, that probably makes Justine feel insecure about the fact that she can't have children of her own. In time, i think Justine will warm up to Kailey and she could help mend the relationship, get Justine off the booze and save the marriage. That's my hope, at least, because i do like her.

To be honest Justine is kinda a bitch, I don't hate her... yet but she better start acting more caring with the protagonist because right now the dynamic between them is not progressing well. You have a narrow point of view. Why making the wife a bitch so the players can find another love when you can love all the girls? Actually the wife said she knows the protagonist is cheating and doesn't mind. Anyway, that's not how it works. It works just like in the game. People set up a routine that somewhat works for them, even if it seems completely weird for others. In this case, the MC is reasonably happy with his porn and the wife with her wine.

Sounds like you have a narrow point of view yourself, thinking that a bitchy wife in a game automatically makes the game/mc/story bad. It's a a factor in a story.

To be honest, I hope so.

One of the great things of Our Fate (sorry for bringing that up again) was the struggle of the MC between fatherly feelings and lust for his daughter. The sole fact that the fatherly route existed created the tension to feel the moral dilemma. A moral dilemma that is completely absent in many harem-incest games, where the purpose is to just fuck all the women, but by that they are also for a large part losing the incest taboo.

The daughter in Lost at Birth is just as lovable and innocent as the one in Our Fate. The difference is that here the MC is less vanilla. We will see. But like I said, I do really hope it will be possible, although I doubt that many will take that path. But just existance of it would do the trick, in my opinion.

Yes, the dev could implement a non-incest path - like in Our Fate. But I think the question will be solved differently in this game. The question of biological parentage will simply never answered because DNA testing will simply never done. That could add something mysterious to the whole story.
But I also think like @Yngling that this path will not be played much.

And I would like to mention this game is really really good and has real potential to be one of the best here on the forums. But the story is still at the beginning. The relationship between daughter and father has just started to develop in a believable way. Not as typical and flat as other corruption games.

But he already hates himself for his porn addiction. Corrupting Kailey would make him hate himself even more. If this were a childhood romance story, there would be no corruption, it could just be pure love. But in this case, with the MC being married, the difference in age and experience, not to mention the incest, well...

When there is no choice how to approach this dilemma, then the taboo becomes meaningless and empty. Like in a FPS game, shooting hordes of zombies is meaningless, but if, when you are close to the end of the game, your best friend turns out to be aiding the enemy and you get to choose to shoot her or let her go, then that is meaningful. Even more so if she returns at the very end of the game to help you or to complete the betrayal.

Of course a father should not have those kind of feelings for his daughter but this is a PORN GAME where Kailey is clearly presented as the main love interest. If you want an option where the MC fixes his marriage and doesn't have a sexual relationship with Kailey then that's fine but if she started a relationship with someone else, it would just piss people off (including me). It's a bad idea.

With one remark: due to the shared trauma of the loss of the mother / wife in LomL, there seems no other option besides going too far with the intimacy in order to heal. Thus the incest seems in a way the logical solution.

In this case (and in Our Fate even moreso) at least the MC is in a fairly stable position. And his new-found daughter is practically a stranger so there is no shared trauma, only the separate trauma's of the MC and the daughter. So it would make sense that the MC could aim mainly to help the daughter while attempting to patch up his marriage and/or fool around with the receptionist.
