In short - the game is a reasonably good roguelike with some H elements, but I must stress that last part - I really don't feel that the sex is the primary draw here, although it does have some fairly short scenes and battle sex.
In long - my major gripe with the game is essentially that Last Evil did "very good H-Roguelike" a few years ago, and this game comes up a little shorter on most aspects. This doesn't mean the game's bad; it's still fairly good and I'm comparing to a major gem there, but it is hard not to compare.
I won't really comment on the story, because a lot of it does seem to be intentionally fuzzy, but the basic gist of it is that you have to go through a hundred levels of this purgatory-like place and beat a set number of bosses to escape. Each of these levels may have an enemy fight, a random encounter, or one of the boss fights at various milestones. My main comment here is just that 100 levels does get a bit tedious towards the end, and I don't quite feel like there's enough enemy/event variation to keep things going for that long or for so many playthroughs, so this is maybe best played in shorter bursts. Information about the world leaks out through random events and the occasional character chatter.
Gameplay does have some novel aspects, but for the most part it's fairly standard - cards have an AP cost, you build up AP every round up to a maximum, you draw cards each turn, use what you can with your AP (if you want to) and discard your hand at the end. You gain new cards and minor stat boosts through random events and winning fights. You can get some major stat boosts (especially increasing your Health/AP regen and drawing more cards) through getting Achievements in each playthrough.
The main novelty I noticed is that sex attacks do actually have a bit of an effect in play, and can be used to your advantage. Orgasming yourself does leave you defenceless for a bit, but this counts for enemies too - a good strategy can be to let yourself get fucked (or take the lead yourself) and make them orgasm to open them up to a finisher. One card also gives you money for making an enemy cum, which is one of the few semi-reliable ways of getting cash. That said, the sex itself isn't too extensive - there's no game-over scenes from what I've encountered, just a single H loop for most enemies and a few events where sex can happen. I find this to be a bit of a shame, as it feels like it takes the worst aspects of most RPGM games for the sex elements (the slightly nonsensical, undescribed mid-battle fucks) and cut out the cliché but sometimes fun endings.
I do think that the RNG could be balanced out a bit better, but this may vary from person to person. I do understand that part of the appeal of Roguelikes is the randomness of play, but I feel like it's a bit too easy to end up in a situation where you're simply screwed (but, y'know, in a bad way). Focusing down specific achievements for their improvements is a must (I don't think it's practical to get them all in one run anyway) and getting stat boosts outside of that is too unreliable and too small. I think part of the problem is that, between card-gathering and stat improvements, there are just a few too many moving parts to reliably balance it so that you get some necessary improvements regularly enough. However, you do build up points in previous playthroughs, and they can be spent on (randomized) buffs at the start of each run, which can help later on.
I rather like the art style and feel like it really fits with the mood of the game. My only complaint there is that there's not more of it with a bit more writing. What you see in the examples is pretty much what you should expect in the game.
Game does have a gallery on first completion, and it does allow you to change a lot of settings going in (character state, state of dress, etc), but it's just that the scenes themselves aren't all that extensive.
From a purely technical appreciation aspect - I am surprised that someone made this in RPGM. There's a little bit of jank to it, and things do feel a bit shoehorned in at times, but it is not at all like the usual RPGM games, and I have to give some credit for people using engines in weird ways.
Overall - do really like the game, I just wish there was a lot more to it.
