Four things:

1) Go to hot springs. Never get in hot springs ...

2) Marion's downfall just feels so out of left field. I guess she's gonna need a redemption arc

3) Why didn't Susan get tested at the hospital? Why didn't MC insist upon it before they left ... WHY WAS THE MC
SURPRISED WHEN SHE TOLD HIM?!?!?!?!? (I am surprised she was first though ... Also, Beth should have been more
smug than excited, and to be fair, he wasn't surprised long.)

4) That's the only way you could get MC with Phoebe? And no piss tests for the girls? (And what, sympathy growth?)

Game has always run at 11, but for some reason these moments just felt like they missed the mark ... only reason I'm not adding questions about Susan's emotional state is that it's obvious.

Right-click, save as, and copy the file into the game folder, it needs to be inside the game folder, NOT where the exe is, if it asks say yes to overwrite.

For the most part, it doesn't refer to like your mum as mum, but by Susan.

Just open script.rpy in notepad++ and change all instances of her name to Mom. Note that this isn't a perfect solution by any means and some dialogue will feel funny like grandma calling her daughter Mom but it sure beats a son calling her parent by name.

This is how the incest "patch" in here works, all they're doing is replacing landladly with mom, half-tenant with son etc. It's not actually patching anything.

On page 13, image 1 appears like this

(that is, Susan appears, but it should be Amie and Beth, because when we click on it, we get the scene with the 2 girls mentioned and Susan doesn't even participate, so I think there is an error in the gallery.

As a side note, the update was good, Samantha's thing seemed very forced to me, honestly she and the boyfriend could have caused more impact against the MC and Beth and there would have been a good way for Beth and the MC to have teamed up to both give closure once and for all to those two and also make a stronger bond than it already is between Beth and the MC and Beth would have her mini arc, but since then, we will have to see how if the story.

Psdt: The redhead at the reception with her glasses is 11/10, I personally hope she appears again, because there are never enough redheads, hehe.

Can someone explain what is going on in the story, everything is in jumbles? Because lets be honest, story is pretty bad, rushed, and left out much details. I literally just started playing and the MC already is banging some random woman he just met. Okay fine, the worst was the explanation on why the mother left the MC? All I know is there was a car crash by the father who killed 2 ppl. Some reason left the wife behind and threatened her to never see them again? Then she is a CEO of a company but someone under her gave her permission to take a day off? HUH?
