I'm assuming you are referring to a copy versus the MNF game.
The initial background and emotional tone is quite similar and both I believe are essentially kinetic. Whilst there are obvious correspondences in appearance of most immediate family members, there are definitely differences in the details of their background and personality and also in the surrounding characters. The past connection with the first sister is different , the pace with respect to romancing the second sister seems different and the appearance of the third sister also seems faster. I haven't finished the game yet, so I can't assess it fully.
There is no doubt where the inspiration for this game came from. But as someone who enjoyed (and subscribed to) the original a few years ago, I also enjoy this one. For me, playing it generates a nostalgic feeling as well as being a reasonably enjoyable game.

Yeah - I guess we can all agreed to that. Especially Patreon and Steam are the ones that want authors to bow their heads and go down on their knees and humbly fit their games their iron censored fist.Well, came across this randomly...
That statement didn't age well.
And within a blink of a eye you lost your mother, sisters and other family members, to be replaced by Landlords, Tenants and Acquaintances without any tight connections that where the very core of the VN in the past. Sure - There is a I-Patch, but that one is often very messy, and sometimes messes up completely. I honestly lost a lot of confidence in what was a nice alternative for My New Family. At least the author of that original refused to bow his head to Patreon and Steam. But hey - Money talks I guess...

It is different but MNF is the template. Its has more aggressive elements. Blackmail, attempted rape, violent assault, so yes very similar to MNF but different.
is there any way to go to previous saves. the page is showing 20 + next button, no previous button is visible.. anybody any solutions.
