It's in a chest. If you already opened the chests before the update, talk to the Orc next to your house and use "Save Fix". After that the chests will be resetted so you can open them again and find the blueprint.
For info if that can help someone, I copied the save files from 3.0 from the save folder and it worked
I seem to have an issue at the fairy stuck in the tree, at the very beginning of the game. It gives me an error that says "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property "width" of null". Any suggestions on how to solve it?

I defeated both red and blue slim women, i can't find the green one to open the door, please help
If you go back up to U3, you'll find a bush that you can destroy. Behind that is the cave to where the green slimegirl is.
