Get the vine reaper from the earth artefact dungeon and go the cave near her house, there should be a vine there that unlocks a new area with the ancient relic

You need the jumping skill (3 dexterity iirc) and go to the dark forest in the northwest.

Goblin Cave only serves as a mining point to get the items the globin girl asks, at least for now.
After you give her the items and watch the scene with her, she opens the path and that's the main quest so far.

Also had trouble to find green swimsuit. I went to the cave but they were already open.
