Not a criticism by the way. I'm debating whether I should do the above meme, but also I could just tell you I'm most into Mei and Yua. Maybe also the Narcoleptic.
This game is absolutely adorable (there are no students here, right? I can use cuss words). First and foremost, it has the best MC out there, a Rome nerd. We need more of them, and more jokes about that! Only 18 books is an insult that cannot be tolerated. I also loved almost all the girls (Mei and Taka being the exceptions; gorillas and kuuderes have never really done much for me, although both are slowly growing on me). I'm glad he's taking his time building up the relationships; they feel much more organic and interesting this way, and when they'll reach their peak, the payoff will be a lot bigger.
What impressed me the most is the sheer amount of youthful energy the cast radiates. It's rare to see a game get that vibe right. The witty writing definitely helped, and so did the tons of pop culture references.
I'm curious to see where the story will go from here. In episode 2, there were quite a few ominous off-hand comments the MC made to the girls that gave me the feeling something really bad is going to hit the fan for the whole cast, particularly in the scene with Aomi in the park/bakery ("You have a strong spirit, they'll need you").
If there's something that could use a bit more development, it's the war. It's a pretty unique premise, but it's been left mostly on the back burner, so much so that it feels pretty inconsequential at the moment, except to explain why the MC was broken before the accident.
Great job, dev! One of the best sandbox games out there. Ah, on that note: I triggered a bunch of events that referenced other events which actually triggered afterward for me. One I can think of right now is the one where the MC talks to Tats about buying Aomi a cup of coffee. Maybe you want to go over the trigger conditions again.
P.S.: I can tell the dev has a thing for meta-commentary and tearing down the fourth wall lol

It will come into play more as time goes on and his memory returns. I will put a couple flashbacks in for him but the issue with that is development time. If I have to make my own "battlefield" maps then it'll take too long but if someone has already made one I can use then it'll be fine.
I'll take a look at that one specifically. Sometimes I lose track of all the references since I do the coding after I do the writing.
Comments like this are what keep the game alive, thank you.

Well maybe because it is a forum for porn games, and here we have approx 1000000 hours of reading and... one and a half h-scene.

Honestly, I don’t agree in the least. To understand why, just look at one of the most supported VNs on this site: Eternum. By update 2, how many sex scenes did it have? And yet, now has tons of reviews and exploded in support on Patreon.
This game is still young; it’s only at its second update, which isn’t even finished yet. Sure, the developer could throw in a ton of sex scenes to grab short-term attention by its player base, but the result would feel shallow in the long run and it would die there. The best way to succeed is simply to keep doing his own thing and stick to his overall vision. That’s the only way to truly aim for the top. And of course, consistent updates are key to keeping interest high.

I typically don't talk too much about things to come as plans can change, but this is pretty accurate to my thinking. The playerbase is slowly growing and people are following it more and joining the discord. It will be successful on its own merits or it won't, I'm not especially stressed out about it.
When each of these characters fucks for the first time it'll be a big deal in the game and to that character. How you got there and where it goes from there has to make sense. All of their first times are already scripted and are quite good imo, especially Nariko's, hers is fuckin' wild. Does that mean you'll be waiting a long time to see them fuck? No, not really. It'll ramp up very quickly for most of them as the relationship goes in that direction, just like it does it real life.
Actually, I haven't written Keiko's, I never know what I'm doing with that girl. Just vagaries of perception.

The issue isn't just that there isn't enough sex. It's that it's been 2 years and there is still barely any sex. Put another way, I don't think it's the text to porn ratio so much as the time to porn ratio. When you play this game it's great, but there is massive disappointment when you realize holy fuck I just finished the update and barely anything sexual happened. Then it gets even worse when you realize it will probably be another year for the next update.

Finally, note that despite being out for 2 years, we are on... page 19 of this thread. That's it. Go look at a bunch of other successful games, and see how many pages long those threads are. The simple reality is, you can tell a lot of people aren't bothering with this game. If they were, they'd be freaking in here talking about it. Why aren't they? Lack of regular updates, lack of banging in the game. Simple as that.

In all honesty, if the game jumped to sex really early in the characters likely wouldn't be half as developed as they are now.
I found out this game recently and played until latest update.
I enjoyed it very much. I don't usually support games but I'll support this when I can.

Glad you like it so far. Luckily I'm in a great spot so I can afford to continue this game as a passion project indefinitely. Extra support just keeps me motivated. If it was making decent money I'd probably sink all of my free time into it which is both good and bad... Good for fans, bad for my hobbies.
It's honestly criminal this game isn't more popular, and making more money. Literally the funniest on this site to me, the animations are so good, and the models are as well. That's just naming a few things about what makes this game so good. Been playing since the start, and this is only one of 6 games I get this excited for when a new update drops.
Just started playing and the nigh immediate LiL jumpscare during the park montage was pretty entertaining, looking forward to playing more
