Can anyone share a save after the prologue, my game keeps crashing on joiplay, there's no menu button to save before crashing and the prologue takes like 6 minutes to skip.

I seriously doubt it. We have pretty much established at this point that the dev releases one small to medium update about every year. That's it.
He has come out and said he doesn't expect to make money really, he's just doing this as a passion project so it is what it is - enjoy it while it lasts, but don't expect much. Eventually he will get busy or sick of bothering with it and just stop working on it, in all likelihood.

I'm fuckin with all of this, but if I may suggest a couple things, attach bits of memory flashbacks or self reflections, basic introspection to various "spend time by yourself" options (you don't want it to feel like the player is being obtuse and skipping content) and for Yua add at least one scene where you can parry the "shmeeh" with a pat or a hug (in similar vibes to what happened with a particular rich lady)
You are developing the hell out of these characters and it only serves to terrify me as to what you could do to hurt them!!
Lastly If I was to touch on the whole "war" thing and I didn't have the capacity for battlefields I'd probably drip-feed it in ptsd esque ways, like just when is action about to begin Mei takes you out of your trance, I know you probably have a vision, that you want it to bake fully stick a fork in it and make sure its not wet and all, but sometimes its all about the smell that exudes from the oven!
