Too early to tell. The 'have to choose wisely' will definitely apply as the story progresses. Harem, if possible, is something that can be formed only later on. Story is hasn't reached the point where you can.. hmm.. get a solid hold on any of the girls to be honest, beside Becky perhaps but she isn't exactly stable, which would be a requirment to be able to tell that one could be forming a harem. Yet, on the other hand.. its among the game's genres if you check out its tab So i'd be optimistic. I am optimistic! And looking forward to that exactly

From what has been said by Veq earlier on there is a harem BUT it's limited to 3 or 4 spots. You won't get all of them, they aren't pokemon.
