Just try the "change their name" option. There you will be able to chose your relationship with them. No actual need for incest patch.
If you want to unlock all scenes then do not choose love path for Amy just forget Amy first you need to charge your phone then go downstairs and then pee and I hide the like this you'll unlock bathroom scene,
