Don't add it to the game. Because you just drive everyone who doesn't like it out of the game, i.e. a hell of a lot of players. What remains is a fairly minimal part. If this isn't an NTR centric game then that just ruins the game. A large crowd won't even touch this game if NTR comes into the game.
