Nope, there are three wip slots. If you look at the bottom there's a blue arrow that leads to the next site. Ofc we don't know if this is the total limit or more is planned for later but we can expect at least three additional girls at some point.

Imo it didn't feel like blackmailing, more like open the MC up a bit to her after she realized he's more than just a sex abuser but also a caring person. She never claimed she will tell her mom if he doesn't follow her orders. More like "you don't tell her about how I'm really are and I keep this under the table".
That's very mild blackmailing, both people benefit from it. Usually only the blackmailing person gains something from it while the victim suffers or gets in some big trouble over time. But it's ok, the game didn't die because that decision of yours happened. X3 Nice work again, you rock.
