why is it always the same? why can't devs just say "hey guys, I got bored with the game but I really need the money so I'm gonna slow down my updates, later I will rework the game and then I will finally quit or start another side game but I will promise I won't leave this version and then later I will"

I mean the visuals here aren't even anything to write home about, you wanna see a dev who works hard or used to? look at tk8000 or that pain something game with the loli characters, tk8000 knows he's working with an easy honey select engine so updates are large and quick, meanwhile the other one has one of the best looking games out there so it takes time yet he's still faster than this Dev... XD

Yeah, 20 to 30 minutes of new content after a year is really underwhelming. And also the fact that you have to redo everything because the previous saves doesn't work anymore, and if you also choose to skip the prologue to start to the new update directly, you cannot unlock everything in the galery because some scenes are only unlockable during the prologue, which sucks.

The good thing about this update (for me) is that Tara is a really hot character and i like her personality a lot. But besides that, this update wasn't really worth the 1 year waiting.

At least they're not on the level of milfy city and summertime saga dev (not yet at least)

aside my question "the file is safe?", virustotal take files till 650 mb and this 3.50 gb file is too big, I would like to suggest to break the archive in various pieces, it took me quite long time to pick it, my connection sucks so much that I had to restart from the beginning various times

do not see this dev as a scamer more that they can not just stop with trying to make stuff perfect or trying to redo a lot of stuff because they got better at this or that when they could have done it later and put the stuff in a update now because it is good enough for now.

MrDracosaurus I gotta say I can both appreciate and get frustrated by the fact that each playthrough I have to grind through it completely.

For example, say you have 2 trust with Hana. If you open the console, and enter hana_trust=30, then talk to her, hana's trust will increase by 1. But it's hardcoded. I.e. it would now be hana_trust=3, not hana_trust=31. My personal preference would be a >= check for each stage of the relationships, rather than a == style check. But it is what it is.

I appreciate it because the dev definitely wants you to see all of his work. But I hate it because maybe I just want to see what has changed since the last time I played through the game completely.

*Edit: Ahh, found out that the "true" stats are now in a dictionary called characters_stats. the individual "<name>_stat" variables are fed from that in the code base.
