Other than it being a cohab, I don't see the resemblance. You feed and interact with the zombie girl and fuck her at night (which is pretty standard in these games) with some exploration elements resembling Bite Me - Love, Lust, and Zombies for supplies and story progress, though the story is a different mood.

The game is weird, but fun. I remembered that long ago I played an apk version. But with this the cheat button of joiplay should be available.
