It has to be Isaac. That story is a nice metaphor for our characters.

MC is the whale shark. A shark that appears majestic and awesome. But in reality, he is the shame of all sharks. Practically a huge puppy dog of the sea, eats plankton like it has identity issues and humans, who are deathly afraid of sharks, are riding him like a bitch.

Lacey is a remora. A parasitic fish, whose main feature is that it's very good at sucking. One could say...suspiciously good at sucking.

maybe to show Lacey in a good spotlight in the future, like Lorenzo meets her and tries to flirt an she shuts him down inmediately, showing the players that she has improved a little.

It just left the impression both were exactly aware of which incident she was referring to and it leaves some bittersweet taste to it.
My guess it happened during her getting back to track phase, her last year at college.

They were aware, the theme of the king weekend is that Lacey's past keeps on haunting her and MC's lives.

In this act Mia (the pimp) keeps on bringing up Lacey's past every single time MC has a big moment, during the promotion party for example.

During the king weekend, on both days, Lacey's past keeps on coming up even on the most innocent of questions, she is getting tired of it and is pretty ashamed because it makes her look bad.
Think about it, she isn't even able to give her husband a fun weekend and play silly games without falling into a minefield and hurting him.

The pimp, but also Veronica drop some pretty damning questions for the whole pool event, Lacey is at her limit, if you notice she starts by answering normally, then by whispering, then drinks in utter silence.

This is done to underline that Lacey is spiraling and feeling like shit, so when the pimp tries to bring up another part of her past she just blows at her.

During the senior year, both the pimp and Lacey kinda confirm that she had no sexual relations.
The "fun" was only during junior year.

Lacey says
L "We had a shared bond."
L "Two people who didn't know where they belonged and were trying to figure their lives out."

I'm not saying with absolute certainty that you are wrong, but Lacey mentions that she and Isaac had a shared bond twice

I can't remember the exact context but they are essentially laughing and joking about Lacey's past , but I think it gets "resolved" and by resolved they feed the MC a bunch of lines that he instantly buys into

Lacey doesn't laugh, she is pretty horrified that she brought it up.

Then they go to explain to MC that they joke about it, MC is PTSDd and pissed off, then convenientlly loses his memory.
It is a disgusting behaviour, especially for the pimp that didn't suffer at all during that period.

The other laughing moment is when MC asks about raves, but as I said the author messed up there, still disgusting behaviour from all four (maybe except Veronica since she doesn't know the full tale).
MC repeats 2 times during the weekend that he never experienced those things, it is one of his problems, how he lost 4 years of his life waiting for Lacey and cooking lasagna and missed his fun years.

I always have a rule in life: main girl - never share, side girl - occasionally share.

I think the narrative mostly shows that Lacey was doing what she was doing Junior year for reasons somewhat outside of sexual gratification. The important thing to remember is that each answer for the games for her favorite sex memories were not because of the sex, it was the implications of the sex. If Lacey loved the sex/being a slut during Junior year, then I'd agree with you. However, like I said, it seems like that was a by product of being in a spiral of harming herself as a game her and Mia played
