There is a stream of though (more like stream of stupidity) in the giantess art community that believe that by drawing tiny heads it would look like a normal sized head but the body is super thicc/big.
This is completely wrong and based on misunderstanding how human proportionality works. Whether 4 feet or 7 feet humans have the same proportions of head to rest of body.
Sadly this game belongs to that sad category of microcephely art... I can't fap to this
