the music is on 0% volume when you open the game, check the menu with f5 or f6 to see if thats the problem

Pretty much, heck you can have a mansion where you keep your companions and even have foursomes with them, that being said, marrying a party member will exclude them from that content, so usually you'd prefer marrying someone else if you want as much content as possible, which is why marrying the mom is a popular choice.

If you mean the NTR in the mansion at the start, if you turn off NTR settings, it will happen to another woman (a random maid) instead. So yes, it's avoidable.
And the other NTR scenes need to be actively pursued anyway, so they won't happen.

saves 9 to 14 are for the ntr in the camp tent also not in the gallery
