Delete the Volume.rvdata2 file in the game's root folder. When you start the game, it will be recreated and the sound will be restored. If you want to open everything yourself, I recommend deleting all files except Game.exe and Game.ini or saving them to another location so that there are no saves and no open gallery.

Are you referring to Portrait of a Lady? It is not given by Sylvia, but rather dropped by the boss, along with Custom Points. The boss is located in Spiral Staircase Downage (if you have Portrait, then the teleport to this dungeon is probably already open).
To activate the boss, you need 15 Magic Crystals, which drop from mobs in this dungeon, but it's easier to buy them from the traveling merchant Peddler Maniyan, who appears in different cities. In the end, you need to defeat this boss 7 times - one for the Portrait and 6 times for Custom Points.
I was hoping that if I collected all the Custom Points for Portrait, something would be activated, but unfortunately, it's just more parts for the constructor and nothing more.
Just come back later without partner, boss will respawn again.

enemy 131: belfa 3rd quest, choose cancel when you are about to give drugs.
enemy 159: a nerfed version of enemy 160, don't wait too long for respawn.
key item 44: sosha 2nd quest (steal vegetables), you can pick the item inside a house in the leftmost upper area.

Regarding CG Careless Nakedness, I found it. I got it when I fought alongside my naked partner against Fugitive Bandit (in the starting village, he also offers 250 G to let him go). Perhaps NTR should also be enabled in the settings, but I'm not sure. In one of the attacks, there was an animation of harassment.

The one somewhat to the left of your home? If you have a Superb Vegetable, you can go to the hole to fight a boss squirrel
Yes, you need Superb Vegetable to activate the boss, but to “wake him up” first, you need to take the Pest Control: Field quest in the Work Shop. Then, when you walk near the fields near your house, squirrels will attack you. Kill about ten of them and complete the quest to activate this boss. You will know that it is active by the change in one of the fields: before, the fields were full of holes, but now they are plowed, or there may even be vegetation if you killed a lot of squirrels. I recommend using save/load when killing the boss to get an amulet for protection against floor damage.
After some time, the field will be full of holes again, and you will need to complete the quest again if you want to kill this boss.

I don't remember Add Mana being sold anywhere. It drops from several mobs, but it's easiest to get it from Bomas (211) with a 1/9 chance. They spawn in the caves of Death Reqion - Mount Gresden.

I went with making the Energizon sword (or whatever it's called, the one you get from the smith at the bottom of the cave in the starting town) the weapon to disable encounters. Should take 24 silver to add it.
Encounters with enemies are set to insanely frequent in the game. It's especially annoying when you've encountered all the enemies and are stronger than them, and just want to explore the area.
You need to go to the Mad Rock Region in the Hole of Groans dungeon. There you'll find the boss Paishee (99). She has a 1/9 chance of dropping boots that disable encounters (abuse save/load).
